From the Confederation Bridge: Follow the Trans-Canada Highway/PE-1 West to Capital Drive in Charlottetown. Proceed on Capital Dr. to UPEI.
From Wood Island Ferry Terminal (Ferry from Pictou, NS to PEI): From Ferry Terminal in Wood Island, PE, head West on MacMillan Lane towards Trans-Canada Highway/PEI-1 West. Turn right onto Trans-Canada Hwy/PE-1 East. Turn left onto Wood Islands Rd/PE-315 N. Turn left onto Selkirk Rd. Turn left onto Kincross Rd (signs for Charlottetown), turn right and merge onto Trans-Canada Hwy/PE-1. You will eventually come to a roundabout, take 2nd exit onto Exhibition Dr. Turn left onto Kensington Rd, right onto Beasley Ave, continue onto Allen St. At the roundabout exit onto Mt. Edward Rd. Turn left onto Belvedere Ave, then right onto University Ave.
